A new take on childcare:

Busy Kids Creche provides occasional childcare for busy parents for up to 2 hours a day from our base at Hartington Street Methodist Church, Hartington Street in Barrow-in-Furness.
We look after children aged birth to 8 years of age.

Our friendly, experienced and qualified staff are on hand to look after your child and keep them entertained in a warm, welcoming, safe and secure environment giving you total peace of mind. 

Children benefit from one to one attention to meet their individual needs and enjoy free play or take part in planned activities such as arts and crafts. Here at Busy Kids we like children to take home with them at least one thing that they've made whilst with us! 

All staff are DBS checked and are paediatric first aid trained. We have full public liability insurance from Morton Michel- the leading insurance provider for childminders, nurseries and playgroups.

Our activities

Logic

We promote childrens learning through play and carefully plan activities to meet each child's individual needs.

Arts & Crafts

We carefully plan quick and easy arts and crafts activities- usually themed such as Christmas or Easter.  Each activity are quick and easy to do and children can play freely and or dip in and out of an activity. 

Music

We love to sing and dance! We sing songs and nursery rhymes together. We also have musical instruments to play with.

Sport

We promote children's physical skills through running, jumpimg, skipping activities and playing indoor sports. 

We also make use of the Hindpool Park a 5 min walk away
